About Kay Hoggett
Kay started her management career with Marks and Spencer and Zurich Insurance. She received extensive ‘fast track’ management training at Cranfield School of Management, where her study of the psychological factors in leadership initiated a lifelong interest.
Kay has run a successful business for over 20 years providing coaching, consultancy and interim management services to blue chip clients. As Coach she has worked with many professional clients, from those recently promoted to those considering career change. As Consultant she has been trusted adviser on transformation programmes involving outsourcing, merger and process improvement. As Interim Manager she has successfully delivered numerous global multi £m change programmes.
Kay consolidated her coaching experience by completing training in NLP in 2011 and a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching Psychology in 2012. She also holds a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. Kay has particular interests in the neuroscience of coaching effectiveness and in physical wellbeing; recent training includes ‘Exploring the Brain’ with Neuroscientist Professor Iain McGilchrist and ‘Integrating Health within Coaching’.
